Club Training Times
- WEDNESDAY 8pm - 9.30pm
- SATURDAY 11am - 12:30pm
- First session is free, £7.50 thereafter
All training sessions are at our Club in West Norwood, and there is always a range of experience from beginners to advanced in every class, so we always make sure that you learn at your own pace.

Is Krav Maga Training hard?
Krav Maga as a martial art is at times difficult and demanding both physically and mentally, however we train in a fun and proactive way, allowing us all to get the best out of ourselves. After all, if we didn't enjoy it, we wouldn't be there!
